Tenant Screening: Xano Backend and Processor Console
A US property-technology company runs renter applications and tenant screening on a Xano backend of roughly 150 tables and 650 endpoints. At that size nothing is isolated: every change touches something that already depends on it.

What we built
- Renter application flow
- Third-party screening integrations
- Read models for the processing team's pipeline and household views
- Processor console for reviewing and deciding applications
- Revenue reporting
Stack
Xano backend, React processor console.
What changed
Every change started by mapping what already depended on it. Backend work was verified against the live workspace, not the repo.
New data structures were built additively in a cloned workspace and promoted only after running on real data.
At handover the work was described as excellent, and the transfer of accounts, services and systems was documented.
